1.    Discussion on the content of the le`ader’s address in the commemoration of the anniversary of the establishment of the African Union, in Syrt City on 09/9/2005. And the role of Youth and National youth council, organizations and associations to press African government to accelerate establishment of the United States of Africa. 2.    Foundation of African Youth council Organization. 3.    Drafting of a possible Youth Parliament (the congress). 4.    Foundation of African Youth Development & Care Fund (A.Y.D & C.F.). 5.    Discussion of the idea of sending a delegation of Youth Summit members to meet the African Presidents to encourage them in the process of accelerating the completion of bodies and institutions of the African Union. And support the approaches of the leader to found the United States of Africa. And another delegation to meet with International Youth Organizations, particularly European to open constructive dialogue to explain the impact and consequences of colonist on the African continent and the reasons of migration, which colonist states bear the lions share of the responsibility thereof. 6.    Formation of sub committees at the level of the African continent to coordinate with the preparation and control committee. 7.    To liaise with the African Youth Organization abroad.
