In the out self of the third millennium and within the great challenges facing the African continent politically, economically, socially and culturally and under the consequences of globalization endurable human development plans and continuous disputes and conflicts in some of its states … and continuation of some crisis like poverty and ignorance and aggravation of some diseases like Aids, which jointly threaten human development accomplishments and progress taking place in many of the states in the region, or the top of which is the human resources, that youth represent the axes, base and purpose. And to support the unity efforts and to enhance the procession of the African Union to realize the United States of Africa… which forms the proper base to encounter and surmount all such challenges, particularly under the prevailing international approach for regional pools and coalition… because mirror states became unable to face the winds of globalization and great economical changes alone.. To activate the role of African youth in changing the reality and modeling the future, because it is the basic force in the continent and its human power entrusted to upraise before great challenges and resume the procession of fathers and ancestors to build the United States of Africa. In appreciation to the force and energy of youth and their organizations and the importation of utilization thereof in the workshop developmental change… because realization of development correlates to the scope of participation therein. The proposal of establishment of African Youth National Organization, which contains in its membership unions, organizations and associations of youth as basic pivot points constitute new basis for greater efforts to create wide African youth movement that bears comprehensive view and deeper and clearer envisage to be converted to specific targets fully executed through realistic programs and policies jointly contribute in development of the continent through new modeling of integrated strategies that upgrade the African Youth as a base for a civilized building eager to survival and eternity. An organization, which bears the burden of coordination and partnership among different African youth forces, based on the base of negotiation and respect of the other opinion and settlement of urgent matters, and integration of its efforts with others’ in the continent to realize the United States of Africa. An organization endeavors to realize the following general objectives:- -         Activate and enhance all rendered efforts to complete and develop the institutions of African Union as a proper step for constructing the African Union. -         Establishment and security in the continent and contribute in maintenance thereof and enhance the values of understanding, pardon, equity and friendliness among all people, ethnics, religions and nations of the continent. -         To encourages sustainable development based on the social justice and development of human beings as a prerequisite. -         Enhance respect of human rights and basic freedoms. -         Realize complete development for the personality of the African Youth and its feeling of dignity and humanity. -         To enable the continent youth of active participation at the widest possible range in establishment of free democratic continent dominated by justice and law. -         To model the African Youth Work covenant including the general moral political and moral frame, which guides the efforts and motion of youth in the continent? In addition to such general objectives and within the group work of the African youth, the organization to realize the following sub objectives:- -         To find comprehensive, wide and unified African concept for the partnership subject. -         To support the bases of partnership and coordination among youth organization and work to exchange expertise, capabilities and information among such organizations. And to train Youth organizations on democracy, dialogue and development values to contribute in enhancement of such partnership. -         Formation and qualification of African youth to be able to practice constructive competition and play an effective role in the new international economy and transfer them from consumption to production. -         Make available the mechanisms capable to give chance to African Youth utilize IT, revolution and production to contribute in minimizing the digital gap between the continent and other continents. -         Disseminate awareness of human rights generally, and children and women rights particularly and spread the equity culture and none segregation and push forward youth because they are the future change tool. -         Promotion of youth organizations role to include monitoring, enlightenment and control and to discover weakness and pressure points to approve proper policies. -         To encourage youth organization, to approve local developmental policies and programs and upgrade participation mechanisms therein and respect human rights. -         To encourage the African youth express itself, point of view and participate in the sustainable development. To work to crystallize political commitment about the continent issues, development and unity. -         To highlight destructive impact of wars, disputes and struggles on communities generally and youth particularly. -         To endeavor to find mechanism for mediation to settle disputes and wars and control its destructive impact on the continent and youth particularly. -         To find out common mechanisms to contribute in rehabilitation and development in war affected regions. -         Disseminate the human rights culture because it is the method of understanding the common responsibility of all. To make human right real fact in each local community and in the continent generally, for actual contribution in prednisone of breach of human rights and arise of conflicts and wars in the continent.
